Feet actually burn please let me know if you have any of this. My palms and geet are red and swollen when this happens

Sometimes a burning feeling can be a sign of inflammation and some medications may cause rashes - however we are not medically trained on helpline, so as allanah suggests it would be a good idea to contact your GP or rheumatology team for further advice.

take photos, and make sure you show your GP and your rheumatologist. Its possible it may be a form of psoriasis.

By rash, do you mean little red pin-prick like signs or streaks that appear on your legs? If so, my wife has had that. The specialist diagnosed it as "vasculitis" - a consequence sometimes of RA. When my wife went on medication it seemed to control it, although it would make appearances now and then.
