Yes and I am on digestive enzymes as I fail to digest half the foods I eat. Can't say if this helps you or not but happy to talk further.

I do have RA and also OA, osteo and fibro plus coeliac disease and no loads of foods and this week had a severer reaction to food think eggs with a TIA. [mini stroke where my BP went up high.

apparantly research is beginning to show that the majority of auto immune diseases are started in the gut with a compromised gut barrier, so it could be a link or at least a contributing factor. All the science to back this theory & all the quoted research papers are in a book I have just read & now constantly refer to, it is by Sarah Ballyntyne auto immune Paleo diet. May be worth you reading it to see if it can help a wee bit.
