Our school motto was carpe diem which means seize the day. ie. do things while you can.

I think mine would be: smile, hope, relax. If you can do any/all of them even for a few minutes it lifts the spirits and helps you get through x

Love Friends and Family. I am so lucky to have a wonderful husband daughter and close family. They have been through a lot with me and this horrible disease. As someone else said my husband is my rock and quite honestly my little girls smile is one of the reasons to pick myself up and keep believing that there will be a time when I will feel a lot better than I do now. I am also lucky enough to have some dear friends who support us and are there in different ways to help and support. Sometimes I feel that I can't give them as much back but I know I am a good listener so I can always do that even if I don't feel well. At the end of the day family and friends are what can keep us going, any ones life can be turned upside down in an instant and you realise quickly how much we need each other. take care xx
