I have R.A &crohns , have had T.N.F &different medicines not working any more, were do I go from here feeling low about it:-(

You will have to have words with your Consultant and see what the situation is, there are always new medications been trailed hopefully this may be the case. You may have surgery options, You will need to find out what is available to you
All I can say is I have problems with DMARD (s) and I understand Biologics have risks the older we get so I suppose we just need to see which way the wind blows.

Oh Kitty, my heart goes out to you- to deal with both autoimmune diseases must be so very hard. I can only echo what my nurse told me when I asked tearfully " but what if this does not work?"
She said "we will try everything we have in our cupboard, and if those do not work, then we will refer you to the Professor in the city" Sounds grand but what it did for me, is to never give up, there will always be another treatment to try and somewhere along the line we will get this disease into remission.
Stay strong, and demand to know what their treatment plan is

I have been in your situation of having to swap medications. Luckily like me you have RA! You may not feel lucky but I have friends with PA and Stills disease and there are hardly any drugs licenced for them. We have lots of drugs in the cupboard.
I have PsA and Crohns and i'm still on MTX i find this works for me but was told if it didnt there was others i could try.

To all thankyou , I live in north wales going to Birmingham to the Queen Elizabeth hospital 4 hours drive but you have to go to the best , they are going to put me on a trail drug so x fingers ,had two operation so far
