NRAS Group Meetings—Week Commencing 11th November 2013

Mid Somerset NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings are held at the Taunton Rugby Club, Hyde Lane, Bathpool, Taunton TA2 8BU.

Tuesday 12th November 7pm - Alan Dunkley, Orthopaedic Surgeon will be talking about shoulders

Oxford NRAS Group

This group is co-ordinated by Sue with the support of the Rheumatology Team. Meetings are held in the OC Conference Room at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre, Windmill Road, Oxford OX3 7LD on Tuesdays every second month at 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Look for the NRAS direction posters to the room.

12th November - Guest speaker: Jess Wilson, Physiotherapist, ‘The Generation Games’ Revisited

Weston-super-Mare NRAS Group

This group meets bi-monthly on a Wednesday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at Asda Community Centre, Asda Stores Ltd, Phillips Road, Weston-super-Mare, BS23 3UZ

13th November - Jobo Crafts Activity - making jewellery and lots more! The cost to take part in this activity is £2.50 per person. If you would like to attend please email [e-mail] as soon as possible.

Worcester NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings take place on Wednesdays between 6.45pm to 8.30pm at Lyppard Grange

Community Centre in Ankerage Green, Warndon Village, Worcester WR4 0DZ.

13th November - Dr Victoria Jolliffe, Clinical Fellow in Rheumatology from Worcester Royal Hospital

will be giving a talk on the new Biologics.

Isle of Wight NRAS Group

Bi-monthly meetings are held at Laidlaw Day Hospital, St Mary's Hospital Campus, Dodnor Lane, Newport, Isle of Wight on a Thursday from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. For more information and for details of future meetings please visit the Isle of Wight NRAS group website. 

14th November - Alison Hothersall (Dietician) will be giving a talk on nutrition.

The group are also holding a Christmas Craft Fayre on Saturday 30th November from 10am to 4pm at the Falcon Cross Hall, Falcon Road, Shanklin.
