Forum slow to load

Is it just me? Frequently the forum is taking 30 seconds to load a page and throwing server errors when I post a reply. Server overloaded? Admins......?

No, not just you, at the moment I have a permanent loading box!! Also I have no idea how to get rid of the 'Edit' box that appears after submitting my reply. I seem to have this in place of 'Report', as you'll notice when I send this, assuming you receive it!

Got it, and see what you mean. I guess the logic is you may want to edit your own reply (I have to for typos) but you're hardly likely to want to report your own posts as inappropriate. :)

Ur have the same trouble too pb xx

I must add that I have a little smile to myself when trying to load a page and the message "Loading (this is taking a while)" pops up. I just want to shout "No Sh**"

I agree, takes forever to load......I just sit back and wait.......maybe it's us, people just want everything done NOW, THIS MINUTE.......have we no patients any more.......I'm not accusing anyone, I've found myself doing it too......but then I thought 'what's the big rush'? We always get there in the end, don't we?

Hi pb52, it does seem to be a bit slow at the moment which may mean the technical team at HealthUnlocked are working on the site. You can contact them if you have any issues by using the Help button at the top and using the contact form to explain the problem.

In the meantime I'll do the same and see if there's anything they can do.

Thanks,

Ruth
