Hi has anyone tried Raspberry Ketones,??? I have just been reading about them and wondered if they would be ok to take with all the other medicines we have to take.

Probably something to ask your doctor, or maybe pharmacist. Its quite easy to assume that something you can buy over the counter is safe, when its actually a chemical (even if it is a natural one) just like all our meds. I'd probably ask a pharmacist rather than a doctor, as they seem to have easier access to information on possible cross reactions.

It's probably best to ask your GP first.also there is a lot of bad reviews on the raspberry ketones-something to do with the company taking money out of people's bank accounts without their consent.its worth checking this out before you commit yourself.just google it.

Thank you both for your replies, but after looking further into this I think I will give it a miss and just eat less !! x
