Re; Swollen and painful joints, hands and fingers mostly...It is the Humidity!!! The high humidity right now is the culprit, no matter the temp! That is why people with arthritis head to drier climates, like Arizona and California, USA.

I discovered this every time I went to Florida to visit my parents at their condo. It was warm, but it rained a few times, then it was so humid it was harder to breath and my hands and feet were more swollen. This happened every time I was there!

The only relief is to stay inside in the air-conditioned apartments, which are also dehumidified!

I agree with Loret about the humidity. My knuckles are really raised and my hands feel puffy all the time just now. I have to rinse them I cold water very often to try and bring down the swelling. X
