HEART ATTACK

hi all not been on for a while .it never rains but pours as you all know what this desease is like to top it all my husband had a heart attatk on sunday and was taken to hospital 40 miles away i was then there thinking how to get home however after treatment of a stent he looks really well but all the travelling/driving is taking its toll now not been sleeping doc prescribed some sleeping pills but on way to get them traffic hold ups 30 mins didnt get them will have to go today sorry to go on but just feeling peed of i just been medically retired from work and now hubby will be off, health more important i know but this is all a shock thanks peeps rant over

Really sorry to hear this at least your hubbie survived that is the positive!!, my friend at 45 suffered the same( couple of months ago) and had a stent.. he is going to special exercise classes now.. he wasnt overweight but did smoke roll ups!!.You have to try and look after yourself too !

Please dont take the sleeping tablets later than 930pm if driving next day to be safe x

Sending love to you both as you seem to be having more than your fair share of problems. I hope your hubby soon recovers from his heart attack. Feel free to rant because when you have ranted on here the problem doesn't seem so bad once you have let it out. Hugs to you both.xxxx
