Hello all, could anyone please tell me as to where I can get some sort of ankle supports from? or do the OT provide anything?

Hi I wear boots to support my ankles or the strap ones from ot for around the house x
In the US, we can buy ankle braces at any drugstore or Walmart, Target, etc. Probably an OT would have more specific & better ones and could tell you exercises to do that would strengthen the muscles around your ankle.
Hi there - I've used some in the past from Sportsdirect and also our local sports shop, but have seen them at our local pharmacy too. They have been a great help when my ankle has been at its worst...
