hiya does anyone else feel like they are a burden to their family because you can't be bothered to get excited about things.

Yes is the answer to that question especially when mu hubby does everything for me. We hardly ever go out with me being so tired and in pain and my darling hubby after doing everything for me, BUT you have to stop letting the negative over take you,as that s the hand that has been dealt us. Do try and be more optamistic and don't worry if you can't go out. You are not a burden so let that go as well. Hugfs.xxx

My husband is the one who doesnt want to go out. I always try even if i only go for a while. Therefore i drive myself and then nobody day or night is spoilt , but at no time do i think i'm a burden. I still come in useful at holidays like now when kids are out of school for a week, i'm the one they all ring up to have children so they can work. So i say do what you can and let them work round you.

I always feel a burden to my better half and my family but they are always amazing with the care and support they provide me, it's more some off my so called friends I have a problem with on the not being able or bothered to go out and about and party that they can't understand :/

Hi we just got to do what we can when we can and when we have a good day seize the moment.. had a nice lunch out with a good part of my family and my man today.. then sat in mums garden in the sun xx.went out for a little while last night too x

Its so difficult but try not to feel like this. If other people cause i to feel this way try and remove them from your life. Xx
