Congratulations! You're off to a wonderfully healthy start to your new year. "I feel rotten." Yes....quite normal and then some. Quitting isn't easy .many do have some of the same side effects from withdrawal., and "rotten" is one. You may feel rotten...BUT... I know you don't smell rotten. Cigs have a foul smell.....and I bet you smell delightful now. Try to focus on the positive angles. Keep up the quit....cigarettes don't deserve you.
