Anybody know why I've got a constant upset stomach and bad lower back... or is this not smoking related lol

Thorpey, I think an upset stomach is normal, I had it for a few weeks. It tapered off by the end of my first month. Nicotine affects our digestive system and when it stops, the body needs to reverse the damage it was doing. It also might be that you are eating differently, or more.

I never heard of back pain. Though if you started an exercise routine (as we all should) you may have pulled something. As always if it gets worse or doesn't go away, see a doctor. Good luck.

Hey thorpey11 - the nausea/upset belly is a common withdrawal at this stage of your quit - lower back pain not sure though, may have pulled something in as cocoa mentioned if gets worse or not improved, see your doctor. You are doing great, keep it up :)
