I've been quit just over 2 years and it's the best thing I ever did - We are all proof that with a winning mind you can do this. I rarely think about smoking any more and when I do it's to breathe a sigh of relief that I no longer smoke. Good luck to everyone out there - you can do it if you really, really want to xx
