It's been may I say a revelation, you see my other half enjoys his music, and then a light bulb moment, while the pounds pile on, I indeed realised I would just dance around the house for half an hour, to keep my weight under control, phew shattered, but sure burnt some calories.
To day he had Elvis on, tomorrow may be Bowie, but dance I will.
Has any one got any ideas to keep weight in control?
