Am hoping to day is not such a difficult one, done nothing but think about smoking this morning, feels like it's going to be a long day.
Maybe leave my purse at home to bypass the blooming shop on the way home from work. Eeeeeeek

Cravings come and go Tracey. You might be fine later today when you pass the dreaded shop! The best thing is, you're thinking ahead and you know your trigger points so you're prepared for them.
Keep busy and keep going...best of luck for today!
Tracey you can so do this! I did quite a lot of leaving my purse behind in the early days of my quit - it's a pretty reliable trick
Good luck! How long is it now since you stopped? Be proud of what you've achieved and pat yourself on the back a bit, do! It may be difficult, but you're winning because you're doing it
x
Hey Incy, it's around a week, but I,m not counting this time, for me at least, it's feels like I,m setting my self up for a fall.
I just have to keep going
Hey Tracey, as posted a few days ago, my feeling is you are too hard on yourself - you provide great positivity and encouragement to fellow quitters here, you are doing great and it took alot to come back here and share with us that you relapsed.
YOU have to believe in yourself, that is vital for all our quits...strongs Xx
The counting thing makes me feel like I'm going to fail too :/ I've not smoked all day in work and now just come home and had one. I have tobacco of my own left and live in a house with two other smokers :/ hope you left that purse Tracey! You're doing so well, don't give in to it, believe me. You feel pretty damn crap afterwards.
