It's sort of strange having soooo much more time, mornings are my nemesis, and after I leave work, so I guess it's part habit, and part addiction? I just don't know?
Just keep going Tracey

Did I tell you last year I knitted 4 scarfs and a jumper within the first 5 weeks of quitting lol
Ditto for me Tracey. I think I'm over the mornings now but getting back home after work is still the worst bit. I've found that if I can immediately feed the kids then have a bath the urge has subsided by the time I'm finished. I must be the cleanest I've ever been in my life recently!
Try to busy yourself after work - it's the hanging around that fuels the smoking thoughts.
I do the same as Nozmo, a bath is part of my evening routine now, keeps the anger at bay which is much more manageable now.
