Have done what I love to do Maya.. On my Kayak fishing....Bad surf on X/ Mas Day and was blundered but 26th got out but could only get sharks... Wife and Grand children stayed behind and I came back to work 27 to 30 th and will be down at the coast again from 31st to 3rd. See Wind Guru give a nice prediction and hope to get some nice Dorado and Couta !!!

Oww Cool!

I spent 3 almost 4 days in bed sick as a dog with migraines and what ever more!

Stupid Xmas for me, doctor reckons it was me coming off the champix....well, I am off the champix and I will never ever do this again.

Lovely family picture ! Imagine now....a few months back...would you have to take a break every so often to have a fag???! I know...

I am so happy and proud to have gone this far!

Ah mmaya, I am delighted you are off the champix, I know it was a huge weight on you coming off it, well done, hope it is going well for you, will be a great start to the New Year now for you. Hope you are feeling better and can celebrate New Years, be proud of yourself xo

Thanks Buddy! I'm not one bit convinced that the massive migraine was caused by the champix, but in any case, I am off it and I am feeling and bit better today and we'll see how it goes from now on.

Proud?! You have no idea, anyone told me 4 months ago that I would be here today, I'd have a laugh.

I do not want to go through this again, never never again.

ps: I put my partners jacket on a few days ago because it was cold and the stinch just hit me in the nose...oh man! just thinking that I was walking around like that for 28 years thinking that I was cool! ...the smell, rotten.

Mmaya.... I am getting goose bumps remembering my coming of the Champix....It was though the total wrath of the Nicodemon was bestowed upon me...

I really thought that I am going to die...and prayed that I must go quick... and then after the third day I thanked the lord that I did not die day one and two and that I can now enjoy my smoke free life...So hang in there buddy...4 months is great and from now on much easier...

PS: wish we could have some your rain down here !!!!!
