Well am on day 3 used patches for first 2 days but decideded today to go naked lol well cold turkey if you like hubby on 2nd day yesterday he had 4 cigs yesterdsy but today he is free he used patch we are both seeing smoking nurse next week it should be interesting as of this post both of us are smoke free

Pupalup, good to see you both trying this and hopefully can support one another. Keep coming here to the forum as often as you can and read some posts and gather some info. Melli has put up some very interesting posts during her time here that can really help you understand what your brain is going through. Knowledge is power and to beat this addiction we could all use as much power as we can find. Best of luck, hope to see you here often giving us updates on your progress.
