Eeeeeek spoke too soon - today I got up feeling irritable and it is only 10am and I would so so love to have just one - I know and really hope I can overcome this feeling ..... Sorry needed to vent to say how I felt - thanks for reading

It's awful isn't it, week 3 was really hard for me as well, just know that week 5 was much better for me so hopefully it will be for you as well. Stay strong.

It's the threes, three days, three weeks and yes sometimes 3 months. I am sure you'll get through today, you don't ever want to go back to day one again. Your doing great
