Now into day 3. Had a wee cough this morning when I woke up and that was the first since I quit. A few minutes later it stopped. I shall be discussing a part time course today in the local college so that could be something to focus on. Hope you all have a nice, non smoking day.

You are doing so well you must keep thus up, thus is my very first quit and I have not experienced a cough at all like some people have, I guess it's different from person to person.

What are you going to enrol in at college ? That will certainly help your goals

I have enrolled for CIPD level 5 HR. Just have to wait to see if I am accepted now.

What is CIPD level 5 HR it's probably called something different here in Australia :0)

It's a human resources qualification. Chartered Institute of Personell Development.
