Stick with it Jillibean!

You can beat this crazy thing x

I,m with Incy, keep at it it will get better, addiction is strong to break, but your doing it

Hope today is better for you

Well done Jillibean, I agree, it DOES get better.... deep breaths, you are doing well!! :)

Deep breathing ( I used to pretend to be holding a fag! ) sweeties, or whatever your poison is. Do anything but smoke. Break down the day to an hour at a time, just get through next hour :) however you make it through just do it! You can and these feelings don't last I promise :) x

Breathe deeply, sing, dance, read or anything to take your mind of smoking. It's not a crave now it's just a silly need. You would feel worse if you gave in now, your doing great stay strong.

Well done for getting through it Jilli, it is really a wicked thing isn't it? I'm just into week 3 now and am finding things do settle down a bit and when they do flair up they tend to go away faster now.

Keep hanging in there and stay keen to those sneaky psychological games quitting likes to play on us - You can out smart them!!

Thanks guys had a much better day today, I hope these feelings will ease soon :0)

Hello Jillibean. Keep going. You will surprise yourself how far you can go with this. Breathe through the nose (calmer than through the mouth), or pretend you're smoking but taking in fresh (! - I live in London but it has got to be better than the smoking poisons) air, NOPE, NOPE, NOPE as often as needed. Come on here; either there will be people around or you can read what others have posted. You'll look back on yesterday, the day before etc and think what on earth was all the fuss about. But, I have to say, it's a challenge. One worth meeting face on.
