Hello everybody. Im 22 years old and have been a smoker for the last 12 months. I tryed to quit twice before and it last 5 days and 11 days.... Cant describe what really happend those times and smoked again. But now im on my sixth day without smokeing again. Third time trying to quit... probably im gonna give it all to quit. I wanna do it for me and as a little "gift" for my fiance who is upset and worried about my health. But lets face it...smell and money costs too. Im going strong this time. The trick i think is do whatever the fuck u wanna do....just dont try anymore ....even e single ciggarete....u will not enjoy it for sure..... but that cigarette will take you back on that bad habit. So go strong guys....think u worth a lot more than some smoke. Peace :))

Hello Scoby, how fantastic, les make this the quit that counts, you can quit you really can.

So pleased to have you on board, read and post often, even if your struggling, it's a strong addiction, but can be broken.

So look forward to your future posts

Well done on getting this far. Personally I found that the successful quit happened when I reached a point that the desire to not smoke was stronger that the desire to smoke. It really was that simple in the end.

I would recommend educating yourself. Read read read used to be the Moto here and still should be. Look up the tales, link in my signature, it's an eye opening, very well written read. Choose you pain is a particular favourite of mine.

Congratulations on your quit Scoby. A good idea to give the caffeine a miss as well. I don't but it will be one for the future

BRILLIANT! Well done! Giving up the big C is a great idea.... must say, if I don't get my regular hit (ie tea) then I start to crave it. You are doing so well and keep going.... deep breaths.... :)

Well im probably in the 14 or 15 day without smoking.Going pretty good. Thinking about ciggaretes from time to time. The only thing that makes me anxious is the question that i make to myself. When am i supposed to dont give a fuck or dont think a single second without cigaretes ? Peace :)
