New room!!

It would be wrong of me not to say and move up people as I am joining the new room. Wow, actually there is so much space in here. I'm well pleased with myself for getting here... no turning back now!

That's great. I am in month 2 room and love to hear from those ahead of me but not yet at 1 year. It helps to see what's coming and pick up tips. You must be proud of where you are 👍 Don't see many posts from that room at the moment, so much space you'll get the best of everything.

Yeah I feel so proud of where I have got to. And definitely feel strong, compared to 3 months ago is like night and day. I would recommend NOPE to everyone, there is no other way around it!

Yes, you're right, NOPE works, especially when the heat is turned up, either through a crave or being busy or being stressed. It's quick and easy to grasp onto.!
