Pretty much what the title says. Thick, constant fog, burning eyes as if not having slept for ages, restlessness. The cravings r bad, but you know they are a joke at this point. You know you are at the point of no return or you are a huuuuge %#~$\

I remember feeling really twitchy, definitely really tired, restless, tearful, unable to think about anything else...yep, it's hard! BUT after hardly any time at all it's a thousand times better - I was feeling pretty good after the first week, and I feel almost normal now after a month...hang in there Antonis!

I felt the same during the first week but it passed. I'm 23 days into my quit now and feel pretty good. I have the odd feeling of wanting to smoke but they're soon brushed aside now. Keep strong
