Great stuff Dan, getting the first month under your belt is an important milestone
Smoking often masks problems, when I quit my gums started bleeding regularly (they never had before) and I had to have deep cleansing work done to sort them out. Not pleasant, but everything is fine now.
Not everything is down to quitting though, so if anything persists then see a Doc.
I hope the next month goes well, but don't be surprised, disheartened or disappointed if a crave hits you from out of nowhere. It happens to most quitters out of the blue, even after a few months.
Stick to NOPE and you'll hit a home run first time
A month done and no red card, pretty good for on here,
Im with you on the "do you feel any better for not smoking", colds, spots, pulled calf muscle and not sleeping in my top 4, but more than glad I can moan about it.
Pleased for you too, keep it up 11 months to the Penthouse and then a lifetime after that
Only hard day was when I went fishing yesterday.. Usually smoked 40, so sat there in the freezing cold, no fish caught so little bored... Pleased I came through it
Still going strong guys,, pretty much forgetting about it now!! Not sure what timescales I'm on as I lost use of the forum for a few days so not counted ?!
