Still here and other than this morning (crazy get 3 kids out the door for school and nursery by half past 8!!) craving not had anything too intense! What would be the point I wouldnt be enjoying the cigarette I would be enjoying ending the withdrawal and putting myself right back to square 1!!

Kept myself busy with ironing (joy) and bathroom cleaning and may even attempt joining in at book club tonight with a few glasses of wine!! Different group of friends so no chance of falling of the wagon!

I'm actually feeling excited about what I have accomplished and what the future brings!! Xx

You haven't missed much on the forum today, pretty quiet to be honest

A nice quit crew and you can all make it, you know you can, just stick to NOPE and it's a done deal.

Easy to say, but harder to do? Well, yes, but it's achievable, not impossible.

Keep busy, keep posting and keep believing that you can break this habit and I'll see you all in the Penthouse next year

Thanks all, heading out for a bit...book club, which is just really an excuse for wine and nibbles haha!!

Thought I was going to be with non smokers only but turns out one of my usual smoking buddies is going too...wish me luck!! It might be a case of learning to walk before I can run but is really really important to me that my life goes on as normal and I remain strong from the beginning rather than miserably hiding away!!

Aldo told my deployed husband I had stopped today, was gonna keep it as a surprise but he was really happy and proud so using that as one of my incentives to go on!!
