Well I thought yesterday was day 1 as I got all the way up to 9.30pm without even thinking about it but after a stressful day, I couldn't refuse one from my friend and one turned into about 4 albeit much lighter ones than I would usually have. So today is day 11 of Champix, day 1 smoke free!

Good luck everyone and if anyone finds a link to Allen Carr's dvd online anywhere could you let me know? Youtube have deleted it and it was a godsend last time x

Thanks lovely people! All good so far. I've only had about 3 cravings that I've distracted myself from and I haven't eaten any more than I usually would either so I reckon it's a good day so far. Will be harder once the kids go to bed but I have my ice lollies on standby! Easiest first day I've had in any quit I think...my last one for sure!
