Fantastic stuff and great attitude! Well done!

Super stuff x
Congratulations TT.
Thanks both. Like that Steel
Thanks. I am still here and still having a bunch of very strange dreams but nevertheless, still here.
Nice one TT! (and remember there are people out there who would pay good money for dreams like that ;))
I am a little bit behind you and am having dreams on and off. I see it as our minds are healing. Well done xx

ha ha ha ha - not for these dreams
Well done TT
I'm quite surreal at the best of times, but Champix dreams are a whole new level of fish.
I am a little bit behind you and am having dreams on and off. I see it as our minds are healing. Well done xx
how many days behind Gerti?
how many days behind Gerti?
I think I figured it out - you are only six days behind me and boy am I finding it hard to stay those six days ahead of you today
Stick with it mate
Thanks Mal - I am - not planning on ditching the hard work done already, just bored, drowsy as hell and I'm not even ill, could be the champix messing with me, but its easy to blame the champix
And old habits of boredom are calling.
I think we get up days and down days. I have a heck of a week in front of me having to take my terminally ill mum to hospital today, weds and chemo starts Friday. Got up this morning and car wont start. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr so I feel it today but I am refusing to let nasty nic beat me down and in the words or tea, 'I wont be beaten by a dead flower'
Hang in their my friend as these days will soon become less and less. One day at a time x
In that case, a tiny positive victory has been claimed coz I ain't lighting up today!
You are fabulous well done x
How do you guys do it, so impressive, not with just the quits, but staying so positive!
The novelty of my quit has worn off now, but holding on and looking forward to the move into the new room at 12.45pm tomorrow That's right isn't it, do the rules allow my move to the next room after 28 days or do I need to wait for 30/31 days to be completed?
As always, I'm grateful to have your support.
I'm not sure exactly what the rules are about room moves. I went by calendar month, just seemed easier that way.
I think a lot more people would quit if some of the success stories were shown on a TV ad. That motivates and inspires me much more.
Well done on your smoke free month TT.
If the boredom has started to set in then why not sit and have a think about a new hobby, restarting an old one. Plan a lovely treat for yourself at the end of this week. I am a strong believer in having rewards xx
As always thanks for the advice and reminders.
