Still going strong, glad to be almost finished my first week. Had a couple of little craves last night after I'd had my dinner, but nothing too bad. Haven't really thought about smoking today.

Observations

- i feel like i have spiderman senses, everything seems more vivid

- already feel like i look younger and less tired

- feet and hands not cold

Keep at it Matthew, it gets better.

I will hit 2 weeks exactly in about 1.5 hours and I feel great, I haven't had a craving for a few days now and I only seem to dream about smoking , which is wierd.

I feel much better in myself and I know it is worth the effort. Stay strong mate, keep at it.

Keep going chaps, you're doing great :)

I dreamt I had started smoking again the other night, I woke up absolutely disgusted with myself. Then absolutely delighted with myself when I realised I hadn't! Strange how t'mind works...
