Sorry to create a new thread every day but it keeps me going and I look forward to it! Today I'm just craving food! Forgot to bring any food to work and forgot to bring money! Hardly thinking about cigarettes.

Congratulations and good luck Matthew.

Try not to starve yourself, quitting smoking is hard enough without malnutrition to think about too, haha.

Keep strong.

Create as many new threads as you want. I'm on Day 55 and still feel pleased when I write down how many days I have not smoked for on my calendar! Well done for getting through the weekend.

Absolutely. If you want to start a new thread every hour it'd be fine by us. :)

I hope your tummy is now full to bursting and may your fridge be crammed with tasty lunches (only don't leave them in the fridge. Something I have a habit of doing. Nothing worse than the depressing realisation that you'll not be eating lunch until 6.00 pm :()

And congratulations on another day under your belt! You'll soon be counting in months. :D

That's ok if a post would help you to stop craving for smoking! And it is meaningful to read somebody else 's quitting experience!
