I haven't smoked since about March 12, 2014 so that would make it just over 6 months (201 days) I actually can't believe why I ever smoked cigarettes in the first place, they're disgusting. Whenever I see someone smoke I don't get any cravings, I just feel sorry for them.

Congratulations!! I also feel sorry for people who smoke now- they don't see (and neither did I realize) how we become slaves to this addiction and how everything we do pretty much centers around having cigarettes and when and where can we smoke them! I'm so glad I'm not burdened with that anymore! Keep it up!!
