Well I can run on a treadmill with various inclines as it automatically does it for 5k at a speed of 5mph, I want to do a something for charity but don't know which one I should be going for, set myself a better time or speed, or go bigger and aim for a 10k

Start with the 5km, on the roads you have to content with the weather aswell

You are abit of a star running, jumping out of planes, what next or dare I not ask lol xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

That actually sounds sensible :)!

Too late you asked now! :p

Abseiling, Bungee Jumping, Holding a big snake, climbing a nice big mountain ..... So much to do so little time :)

5k park runs are good and there are quite a few around, certainly they'd help you prepare for a 10K

climbing a nice big mountain .....

Now that's my sort of talking!

(though I'd join you in holding a big snake too. I like snakes.)

Crikey you dont do things by half. Im really boring I dont have the urge to do anything before I die. Maybe I should set myself some goals. xxxx

You are already facing a goal!:)

As long as you don't have regrets or you don't have the desire to do something then that's not boring :) you're enjoying your life

Like others have said, test your mettle at some Park Runs.

I've only done about 10, but they are great fun (and motivational).

In terms of what next...I reckon you should concentrate on distance rather than speed.

Not what you're looking for?
