Well hi everyone in the six month plus room - surprised that I have made it this far but here I am! Can agree with everyone that says it does get easier although still have my moments (particularly when work is awful) but anyway six months and 1 day today and feeling proud

Serious congratulations mate, and welcome to the Penthouse Waiting-room. It is indeed a jolly good place, eclipsed only by the Mighty Penthouse where you will without doubt be arriving in less than half a year.

Yes, you'll still have the odd difficult moment but it really is true that those moments continue to become more & more fleeting as more time passes. You've done so, so well to come this far and you deserve all good things to come your way.

In some ways it seems ages now since I smoked but the reason I don't post very much is that I have had several health issues since giving up and I don't want to put a downer on everyone else who is trying so hard. I fully intend to keep going though and just hope that things improve eventually. Thanks again.
