Can't believe I missed my 8 mth milestone on Sat 20 th. Busybusybusy

Can this mean I'm so over smoking......YES!!! I really hope so

My mother is seeing a Dr today about her chest,when faced with the real possibility you can bring all these diseases on yourself,there is no greater incentive to STOP....

Why wait to get an illness,STOP and do it sooner rather than later,because one day there may be no later

Dosnt time fly.

Looking after granddaughter 4 half days a wk and waiting for other daughter to have baby,there's no time to dwell on smoking.
