Well my quit has not been without trauma, however I am still holding tight ( as tight as I can) with my quit intact.
Lots of issues with gums, teeth ect. But just have to keep going, I do indeed need my daily fix of the forum family, to help me stay focused., to date it is working for me.
I do still find it quite difficult at times, but hoping life just gets easier being a ex smoker.
This to date is my longest quit, and I am so happy with that.
So THANKYOU all for your continued support, and posts.
Inspires me to stay quit each day.

Good on you tracey, keep holding tight.

I love this forum too, it really helps in so many ways
Tracey, you've become one of the mainstays of the forum and a true voice of wisdom. I can only say you give so much more than we can ever give back to you.
If you don't make the Penthouse I shall not only eat my hat, I will eat my office chair. And you don't want me to do that do you?
Well done on getting to where you are now, great that it's your longest (and last) quit.
I feel for you about the teeth/gums. Think I have a loose one now and gums always bleed on brushing Common problem though apparently, hopefully only temporary like all the other quit issues have been
