I'm now on day 30 so over four weeks smoke free, very chuffed to have got this far. :)

Getting through month one is just amazing, those first few weeks can be oh so very hard:cool:

And so you should be chuffed, a nice little treat might be nice:)

Hitting the end of my first month was the point where I really began to believe I could do this thing and I hope it feels the same for you.

Now- how do you intend to treat yourself? I definitely think some self-indulgence of some description is in order. :)
