Not sure if I'm posting in the right place can never tell if it's month 1 or 2....
Anyway I digress...... 1 whole month again today and this is by far the hardest quit in recent years.... Really needing to dig deep... I feel a duvet day is in order to "celebrate" one month quit x

You're doing so well Donna. I will hope you're getting all the difficult times over in your first month and that from here onwards things become easier and easier. In the meantime I think a duvet day (or two) will do you the world of good.

I've joined you in the duvet day. Not working, weather awful, spent most of the day on the couch with either lap top or watching the box. I have made important forays into the kitchen though for turkey sandwiches, cups of tea and ice cream. Living the dream!
