You're in a tailspin Tracey, STOP, breathe, calm down. Think right now of a special, soft and really cool memory of your mum. Get it to the front of your mind. She loved you, she would not want you smoking.

Deep breaths and good memories. I lost my mum a little over a year ago, on her anniversary I watched one if her favourite films which was Jonny English. I watched, remembered her, raised a glass and had her laughter in my head the whole way through.

Big hugs to you sweetheart. Think special thoughts and make her proud, just like deep down you know she is proud of you for being so strong and quitting.

How are you today Tracey?

I really hope you slept well and are finding it easier to cope with things.

You know your mum will always be with you in some sense or other and wherever she is now I bet she is SO proud of what you have achieved.

And as has been said, you have us so you are never, ever alone. :)

I think you need a day in the kitchen. A soup-making session might make you feel better.

Not what you're looking for?
