Just to say hi, and great your back on the journey to your quit. Many of us on the forum, have had a couple of blips, but at least you know you now don't want to smoke.
I thought you had vanished for good. It is lovely to see you again.
Sorry to hear about your stumble but as Tracey says, the main thing is that you'e back on the horse and galloping away in the direction of the smoke-free future.
Yeah I tried to do everything completely different at the start of this quit. I went to my own rehab (booked a week off work and spent it with my scarey yet wonderful anti smoking mother)
I found that I have a super addictive personality and I took up online gambling, So then I had to ban myself from going on my computer at home
even though I did win £750 woop woop! had to nip that habit in the bud before it got bad!
I can come on here at work because gambling sites are blocked

Please please don't gamble, my oh has worked all his life regarding horse racing data, and I have seen for my self, people's marriages, kids, homes all break down due to the gamble...... Don't get me wrong don't have many perks in life but can go to any race meeting I wish, not that I want to but go sometimes with oh, just to please, we have a little flutter that's all, seen to much damage in 35 yrs he's worked for newspapers.
Sorry do not mean to offend, just so sad some times, when people blow money they can't afford.
