I've done over a week, my last fag was a week last night at 9.30pm. I think I'm allowed to join you all here now.

Struggled yesterday but didn't cave and feel quite proud of myself to have got this far.

You stick at it now girl after you have pushed the boat out and set sail in it, there will be unexpected challenges ahead but if you keep at it even when you think you should have felt better than what you do in the coming weeks it will be all worth it and you'll soon be docking at the none troublesome none fag paradise, then you can look back not down on people and think, wow a few months maybe a year ago that was me, you stick at it and you will fine.
