Well it's 10 wks today:)feeling good and feeling confident I can do this now.Every day is better and better.I havnt been around much with one thing and another but to all the newbies please stick with it,once through the first mth things do improve....we,v all been there and know its rubbish.

A word of warning;

My brother in law quit new year and full of himself and his quit but had one and youv guessed the rest:(

Grit.....yes that's what it takes:)and holding your nerve when craves hit.....

They pass and the weeks roll into one.What would I Han by having a fag now,after all this time......nothing!

Been treating myself to clinique skincare ..... Could never afford it before.

Glad to see everyone else doing well...

Have to say boards have been very quit since some of my favs left......but it's picking up :D

Well done you and thanks for the warning.

I've fallen for the 'ONLY 1 because I'm not an addict anymore' in the past and I'm pretty confident I won't fall for it this time but it's weird how your quit can be going amazingly well then bang you justify that one which leads to smoking again. Your brother in law must be gutted. I do feel for him.

As Max says NOPE. It's too easy to get complacent.

I can relate to the clinique stuff. I'm indulging in Lush products and might even try a Yankee candle after reading the thread the other day. Brill to be spending money on luxuries rather than wasting it.:D
