Blips have cost me

Well here goes. I stopped smoking the 1st Jan 2013 - however, I had 3 blips over the past 11 months and 30 days.

So my way of thinking is thus - I am going to move back to 1 month as it was about that long ago that I was a twit and had some over a weekend. Feels a bit like snakes and ladders. "go back to start via a snake". LOL :D

That's really brave of you. I don't know if I would have the moral strength to do it. Good on you. :)

Great move Dicko-kidding ourselves is kidding nobody

Smoking makes liars out of us,how many times did a Doc ask me how many a day I smoked-10 to 15 I said-reality 18-20

My good friend is a doc, and she says when they ask a smoker how many? they tend to increase it by 20% they know we all lie to ourselves :-)
