I woke up around this time yesterday so its been a struggle to do anything at work this morning.

Ive given up with caffine as I think it might be a trigger of mine. (apart from caffine in chocolate- that doesnt count )

And a huge well done for managing the first two weeks of your quit around christmas time. It can be difficult, as a lot of evenings tend to revolve around drinking, parties and lots of smokers, so to refrain is a great sign of your willpower.

Enjoy the reward, only two more weeks until you have the first month under your belt and that is DEFINATELY cause for celebration!

My one month reward was a shopping trip ... I remember coming out of the shopping centre I went to and thinking how strange it was to be holding a couple of bags full of clothes/books that would otherwise just have been ash in a bin somewhere. It was a very nice feeling indeed!

I had a mini shopping trip on boxing day. I said to my OH, ooh Ive spent £50

he was like omg!

I was like atleast it didnt go on fags and I have something to show for it

my OH never spends money and was shocked that I widdled away 50 quids on bargain clutterage

im happy though
