How things change!

Was walking through town yesterday and the woman in front of me was smoking, Hadn't realised until I inhaled her second hand smoke. I immediately started to cough and splutter, was disgusting

Said to my friend (who has never smoked) "OH God, I used to do that to people," to which she gave me a knowing look and replied "YES, you did!"

I could taste and smell it all the way back to work, was really unpleasant :(

So glad I am where I am now :D

I still find it unbelievable how selfish smokers are, including my old self, I honestly used to think non-smokers were exaggerating the look of disgust when they copped a whiff of me after just having a fag, or how I used to believe that chewing gum and squirting body spray masked the ever present odour of stale ashtray. See, not only will tobacco make you sick and eventually kill you, it will make you and the atmosphere around you stink together with making you stupid and selfish :p

I agree, I was very selfish and thought as long I was smoking outside, no one had a right to complain

don't get me wrong, I haven't gone all anti smoking, I still think it's everyone's own choice (my hubby still smokes) was just surprised at how it affects me now, 10 months on! x
