I think I'm doing better without the champix as I feel in control rather than having any form of crutch although they really helped through that first week! I would say the 'fleeting notion' of a cigarette is definitely a different type of temptation and at this time of year I am very wary of letting my guard down. This is going to be my forever quit! X
