I've eased up on myself, didn't want to tackle too much at once but have really let myself go
I can see the weight pilling on so think it's time to start eating better and doing some exercise. I've already paid £60 in membership fees to a gym where I haven't even been to pick up my membership card

Smokes wise mrs mash I am a week behind you. I am feeling like a pudding right now, aaaaargh, however I know that once I have the quit in better control, I will improve on the fitness. What I mostly need to do though is stop blooming eating, my hand to mouth is doing very well with mints, and yesterday peanut m&ms which are blooming addictive.
I am going for walks though, so hopefully I won't be like a total blimp in now time.
