Week 5 about to commence......bring it on!

As the night draws to a close here in clammy Jakarta, I am just about to complete 4 weeks as a non smoker......time flies when your having fun, right?!?

All good and feeling strong-I know it's still early days but am getting there......love, LOVE, LOVE being in control of me again.

Night all-see you in the next room tomorrow-whoop, whoop!
