Headache

Need a bit of advice just off to work, but am on the patch, and have cut the corner off the last few days, but have had a really fuzzy head since, is this sort of withdrawal symptom, struggling wth this one will be 7weeks Saturday, any advice thanks tracey

I had a really fuzzy head for a couple of weeks. Before I quit I drank about 7 or 8 cups of tea a day and after only 2 or 3. Wish I'd thought about it then because I'm sure that was the cause of the fuzzy head and also accounted for some nervousness I had. Didn't have the excuse to have a cup of tea and a fag
