Smoked 20 a day for over 20 years! Packed in ten days ago and not had one since. Got all the horrible symptoms, bloated, headaches, very tired, cant sleep and more. But all better than burning £10.00 a day and stinking of smoke...
But I feel fantastic at the same time. A very strange feeling. The odd drag on a nicotine inhaler, will power and reading some of the positivity on here have been a great help!!!

Thanks Guys, appreciate your support. After over twenty years of smoking I'm now on Day 16!!! I think?
I say I think due to the massive amount of brain fog I am experiencing. I am self employed so being on the button is essential, during the last two weeks my brain has turned to mush! Hope it stops soon but in general and I feel great with my fitness levels increasing daily. I'm finding the exercise a big help.

LOL, yep, I still had mine at day 39 which I was convinced was day 40. Brilliant news you're still going strong and the fog will lift, one day you'll suddenly realise you've managed to concentrate on something for more than 30 seconds, I work in accounts and am supposed to be accurate so I have asked my colleagues to throw something at me if they see me staring off into space again
